Refund Policy

Except where required by applicable law, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for change-of-mind purchases.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or not as described, please contact support@brickatecture.com so our team can make it right.

International Orders

International customers are responsible for all duties, VAT, taxes, customs charges, brokerage fees, and carrier handling fees associated with their order unless those charges were collected at checkout.

Refusing or failing to claim an international shipment because of unpaid duties, VAT, taxes, customs charges, or carrier fees does not by itself entitle the customer to a refund.

If an international shipment is refused, unclaimed, or returned because the recipient does not pay required duties, VAT, taxes, customs charges, or carrier fees, the customer is responsible for any resulting charges.

Any return shipping costs, duties, taxes, customs charges, brokerage fees, or carrier fees charged to Ooblot may be deducted from any refund, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Original international shipping charges are non-refundable, except where required by applicable law.
