If you have experienced damage to our product from shipping, please contact support@brickatecture.com for instructions on how our team can make it right.

International Orders
Due to the nature of international shipping, we are unable to offer refunds or replacements for orders that have been successfully delivered or refused due to unpaid duties or taxes.

Please make sure you are watching the correct instructional video for the Ooblot you want to put together. The QR code takes you to BrickScience2 on YouTube, but not the specific Ooblot. Simply search on that link to find your specific Ooblot.

Personalised Children’s Books
Each book is custom-printed to your specifications and cannot be refunded or cancelled once printed unless faulty or not as described.

If we make an error in printing, such as a misprint or missing details, we will replace your book immediately free of charge.

If the mistake is in the details you provided, such as a misspelling, capitalization or punctuation, we can reprint the book for a reduced redo fee to cover printing and shipping costs.

Colors and layouts may vary slightly depending on screen settings and print runs. These are not considered faults.
