International Shipping:

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or carrier handling fees upon delivery. These charges are not included at checkout and are the responsibility of the customer.

Ooblot.com ships from the United States. Depending on your country, additional fees may be required before your order is delivered.

We recommend checking with your local customs office if you have questions about potential charges.

Please note that international shipping fees paid at checkout do not include these additional charges.

Book shipments will be shipped separate from Ooblot figure orders, and will arrive in different packaging and at different times.  Expect 10-15 days for the book order to be printed shipped and delivered.

Due to the nature of international shipping, we are unable to offer refunds or replacements for orders that have been successfully delivered or refused due to unpaid duties or taxes.

U.S. Shipping:

Orders typically ship within 1–3 business days (often sooner). Most U.S. orders arrive within approximately 3–5 business days.

There are no additional import duties or taxes for orders shipped within the United States.

Order Delivery & Tracking

All orders include tracking. Once a package is marked as “Delivered” by the carrier, it is considered successfully delivered to the address provided at checkout.

If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you cannot locate your package, please check around your delivery area, with neighbors, and with your local carrier.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Orders are shipped exactly as entered at checkout.

We are not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.


FAQ: Delivery Issues

Q: Will all products arrive at the same time?

No.  Some deliveries, such as children's books orders, will ship separately, and may appear earlier or later than Ooblot orders.

Q: When can I expect delivery of the Finding Ooblot books?

Every Finding Ooblot book is made just for you — hot off the press and straight into your hands.

How it works

  • We print your book when you order
  • Then ship it directly to you

Total delivery time = print time + shipping time

Timing

  • Delivery dates are estimates and can vary slightly
  • For the most accurate arrival date, check the live estimate at checkout

Tracking

  • As soon as your book ships, you’ll get a tracking email so you can follow its journey

Q: USPS says “Delivered,” but I didn’t receive my package. What can I do?

Please follow the steps listed above, then contact your local USPS office for resolution. Once USPS shows a package as delivered, we cannot issue refunds or replacements.

Q: Can you resend my order if the carrier delivered it to the wrong place?

If USPS confirms mis-delivery on their end, you may file a claim with them. We cannot replace or refund orders when USPS tracking shows “Delivered” to the address provided.

Q: Can you contact USPS for me?

We recommend customers contact their local post office directly, as they can verify delivery GPS scans and assist faster.
